This service is available to homeowners who have Landlord approval, and participants receive an evaluation on their heating system as well as personalized advice about how they could save energy by making simple changes at home such installing caulk & weather stripping; replacing refrigerator/freezer if needed so you dont need a new one soon again every few years like I do ; checking your lights too - those old 75
