The PCAP program is designed to help customers maintain electric service and eliminate past due balances by offering reduced bills based on a percentage of income or debt forgiveness. Debt Forgiveness Credits are applied directly onto participants accounts in recognition for payments that were made time after theyre paid off completely, which means you can keep your lights & heating on all year round! You wont have any worries about facing high reconnect fees either because when it comes down t this part-time plan – theres no need thanks again EP
