Medical negligence/ doesn't answer phone/rude staff

They messed up my medicine and I had side effects from the one I told the Dr multiple times that I was having problems with memory lapses and dizziness just feeling not there. I ended up being in the hospital from a disaster at my house and then they kicked me out when they found out.
